How Neurofeedback Works

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive training method that teaches the brain to regulate its own activity. Here’s how it works:

1. Sensors measure brain activity: Small sensors are placed on the scalp to record brainwaves.

2. Real-time feedback: The brain’s activity is displayed on a computer screen while the client relaxes and watches a TV show.
